Near Varna is Hopshire's flagship IPA. It offers just the right balance of malt sweetness with the hop bitterness and citrus flavors. we start with a solid malt base of pale and caramel malts and then add hops (a lot of them!) five times during the boil followed by generous dry-hopping. This beer features New York grown Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Nugget hops along with West coast Citra. Near Varna is "Laced" with hops. Hopheads .... find your Near Varna.
