Locations

Shipping is for New York and Pennsylvania only at this time. We will soon add additional shipping states, so stay tuned...

Processing

All orders received prior to 3pm are processed same-day, orders placed after 3pm will be processed next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping time will vary but orders tend to arrive at their destination within 1 or 2 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays (days that common carriers do not deliver on). You will be provided tracking information.

Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.

Delivery

Somebody that is 21 years of age or older will need to be at home to receive and sign for your order. Your carrier will ask to see a government-issued photo ID for proof of age.

Shipping & Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their delivery. Carriers such as UPS will typically make up to three delivery attempts. If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, any refund issued will exclude all original and return shipping charges incurred by Drink NY Craft. A $10 restocking fee will also be applied.
