Perishable goods like craft beer cannot be legally returned unless there is a product recall.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and will be processed with a proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Please do not send beer back to the manufacturer.
Eligible refunds will result in a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment or the recalled product will be replaced with an equivalent product.
Approved credit refunds are typically processed by DNYC within 5 business days. Your credit card company and/or bank may required additional days for processing.
We know what a bummer it is when you order something and it arrives damaged. We hope that never happens with your beer but if it does, we will gladly replace defective or damaged merchandise. Please let us know if by emailing us at email@example.com.
