A blend of microbes fermented in former Sauvignon Blanc barrels of French oak for no less than 18 months. We’ve given it time and patience, and accordingly this beer will pay it forward. So pop this open, savor the moment, and enjoy the subtle earthy funk and the crisp acidity of this nuanced yet quaffable sour beer.
