Rainbow Sherbert sour! This sherbet sour won a Silver Medal at the Tap NY brewfest beer competition in 2023 --> one of Bullfinch's best selling beers of all time!

Kettle soured with lactobacillus, before fermentation, to drop the pH, the Brewer added lactose sugar, vanilla, Raspberry, Lime, and Orange purees after fermentation to make this beer actually taste like Rainbow Sherbert! Great dessert beer, but also very refreshing with that pop of citrus that lifts the raspberry up.
