Barrel Aged Wild Ale with Peaches and Apricots (100% NYS Ingredients).

Technicolor Dreamcoat is our Barrel Aged Wild Ale with New York grown Peaches and Apricots from Bittner-Singer Orchards NY. After processing over a ton of fruit, we allowed mature beer to re-ferment on skin, flesh and pits for 3 months before straining off this delicious, peachy nectar. This beer reminds me of peach ring candy and dried apricots. Very intense fruit level, with a little beer too!
