Confetti Cowboy

Confetti Cowboy a 9.1% abv Belgian-style Dubbel. Buried Acorn did things a little different as usual. Special x, chocolate malt, house made extra dark Belgian candy syrup & a whole lotta Belgian pilsner malt. Sent to the coolship overnight to chill & then pitched, The fun spicy yeast profile plays nicely with the brett funk starting to show. The raison licorice & burnt caramel structure meanders in a wandering cloud of confusion as it warms.
