With 1/2 of our pumpkin added in the mash and the other 1/2 added in the boil (over 100lb in all), this beer has a nice pumpkin/gourd/squash backbone - lightly spiced with fresh ground cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger to add layers of spiced complexity and flavors of pumpkin pie filling.
