Saison sour made in collaboration with Lock 1 Distilling Co. Aromatic spices, such as juniper, lemon peel, ginger root, lavender, and grains of paradise were added to the mash. Lemon and peach were added after the fermentation to create a cocktail sour that tastes like a "Fitzgerald" mixed drink.
