This sour was brewed with a lot of biscuit and toasted malts for a pie crust flavor, as well as Pale ale malt from New York! Then kettle soured with lactobacillus to bring up flavors of lemon from the malt sugars themselves. Infused with vanilla, graham cracker and packed with lemon juice! This dessert sour is a feast for the senses!
