Nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains in North Hudson, New York, Paradox Brewery is a veteran-owned, independent craft brewery inspired by adventure and built on exceptional quality. Founded by Army veteran Paul Mrocka after discovering a passion for brewing in Germany, Paradox combines traditional brewing influences with modern innovation. Every beer begins with remarkably pure water drawn from deep beneath the Adirondacks and is crafted to showcase clean, balanced flavors that reflect the brewery's mountain home.
