Rainbow Sherbert sour! Kettle soured with lactobacillus, before fermentation, to drop the pH, the Brewer added lactose sugar, vanilla, Raspberry, Lime, and Orange purees after fermentation to make this beer actually taste like Rainbow Sherbert! Great dessert beer, but also very refreshing with that pop of citrus that lifts the raspberry up.
