Whoopass is ROC's Core DIPA. It's aptly named, coming in at 8.5%, and has huge, resiny notes of grapefruit, citrus and pine with some more subtle hints of honey which balance out the bitterness nicely.
Aroma: Strong citrus, slight caramel sweetness
Taste: Grapefruit rind, tropical fruits and pine, slight honey-like sweetness, subdued bitterness
