This deep Amber beer is absolutely packed with 100% freshly kilned whole cone hops from our friends at Segal Ranch in Yakima, at every stage of our process. The extremely fresh hops lend moderate aromas of Citrus and Pine with some slight melon all accompanied by a complimenting floral aroma from exclusively using whole cone hops. Underneath all this punchy fresh hop aroma is a stabilizing malt presence filled with moderate toasty bread, caramel and toffee.
