About Heritage Hill Brewery
Heritage Hill Brewery was started in October 2018, when Dan Palladino returned home to his family's farm after a decade of working in corporate America. The Heritage Hill name is a tribute to family history and the charming town where they’re located: Pompey, NY. Their Brewhouse has become synonymous with not only exceptional beers but also a stunning setting in the southern hills of Onondaga County.
Many of the ingredients for their beers and on-site restaurant come directly from their 180-year-old farm, or are sourced throughout New York State. With history in its roots, their brewery also features the CNY Brewseum, which preserves and displays Central NY’s long brewing history.

PBL (Pompey Born Lager) | American IPA | 5.7%
Brewed with NY grown 6-row and 2-row barley and flaked corn. Hopped with locally sourced pre-prohibition era wild hops. Fermented with German lager yeast and lagered at cold temperatures with time and patience. A clean and extremely easy drinking lager with a subtle sweet corn finish. -
Frozen Oranges | Hazy IPA | 7.0%
Double Dry Hopped with a massive amount of Citra Cryo, Mosaic & Hydra hops. Huge Citrus notes with a lingering bright stone fruit finish. -
Raz Me Up | Fruited Sour | 4.7%
This Jammy Fruited Sour is packed with hundreds of pounds of raspberries! The acidity and fresh tart raspberries play perfectly in unison to create a refreshing fruited beer.

Visiting Heritage Hill
Heritage Hill Brewhouse, located at 3149 Sweet Rd in Pompey, NY, is a family-friendly farm, event space, brewery, and restaurant.
They offer:

- Plenty of kids' activities
- A full food menu
- And they are dog and goat friendly!
They are open:
- Thu: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Fri: 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Sat: 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Sun: 11:00 am – 08:00 pm
Every Friday & Saturday in October, you can visit their Haunted Barn from 6-10pm, alongside their Hay Maze and Pumpkin Patch.
From the months of November - January, they offer no fee events, where you can take advantage of their breathtaking views and warm atmosphere for holiday parties, corporate events, and more.
You can also tour their CNY Brewseum for free any time during business hours.
