About Bullfinch Brewing
Bullfinch Brewing was founded by brothers Dave and Tim Collins, blending a love of mythology and craft beer. Inspired by 19th-century myth scholar Thomas Bulfinch, the brewpub’s theme and artwork reflect their shared creative roots.
After years of brewing, including launching Gordon Biersch in Destiny Mall and leading Resurgence Brewing in Buffalo, Dave returned to Syracuse to open Bullfinch in the very space where his journey began — now fully his own. All label art is designed by Tim through Lighting Head Design.

Bullfinch Brewing is located in the Destiny USA Mall in Syracuse, NY. They also have a Camillus Taphouse Location at 200 Township Blvd, Suite 200 in Camillus, NY.
