Brewed for the falling temperatures, our Peach Pie Sour Tripel is a unique take on a sour, fermented with Belgian Abbey yeast to coax out complimentary esters that further add to the dessert characteristics of this beer. Brewed with lactose and graham cracker, and a custom blend of pie spices, this beer was finished on over 2 pounds per gallon peaches. A pour starts with nothing but peaches, and as your glass warms up, the fall spices begin to express themselves wonderfully.
