CRUSHED: Marechal Foch is our Barrel Aged Wild Ale with Marechal Foch grapes. This is the most wine-like beer that we have ever released… It is very much a beer/wine hybrid, and reminds me a lot of Pet Nat’s. Big, bold, dark fruit flavors dominate the palate, with notes of tobacco, leather and brettanomyces.
