Lactose Sugar is unfermentable so there is also a perceived sweetness that adds to the overall complexity. Combined with several different malts, spanning the range of colors, the flavors in this beer meld together into a wonderfully easy to drink stout. Not for Vegans or those who are Lactose Intolerant.
