The Veldt is our Barrel Aged Wild Ale with Riesling Grapes and Apricots. To me, this beer reminds me of white grapefruit juice, with subtle notes of floral Riesling and apricot skin, and a lower level of acidity overall. The combination of fruit seemed to make a whole new flavor that is pretty unique! I have been pleasantly surprised with how this beer came out.
