This wine barrel-aged mixed fermentation golden ale is crafted to create an aromatic and refreshing fermentation profile by co-mingling Brettanomyces with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine yeast. It is then aged for 6 months in red wine barrels, blended
for balance and naturally re-fermented in the keg. The result presents effervescent hints of guava, passionfruit, and grapefruit.
