Drink NY Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Official Rules


Not all situations may be covered here, and Drink NY Craft reserves the right to change or implement new rules as needed and/or as required by law at any time. For purposes of this site, “sweepstakes” and “giveaway” are interchangeable terms, as are “rules” and “guidelines.”


  1. Eligibility. This Campaign is open only to those who enter on Instagram or Facebook and who are 21+ as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal U.S. residents and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

  1. Agreement to Rules. By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Drink NY Craft as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

  1. Campaign Period. Entries will be accepted online starting at 12 AM EST on August 8th, 2022, and ending at 12 AM EST on August 31st, 2022.

  1. How to Enter. The Campaign must be entered by subscribing to the Drink NY Craft newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Drink NY Craft. You may enter only once. 

  1. Prizes. The Winner of the Campaign will receive a gift card for one (1) The Bright Side 24-pack Mixed Case, valued at $100. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Drink NY Craft to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Sorry, no cash equivalent, substitutions, transfers, or assignments of prizes are allowed. Drink NY Craft will not be responsible for any defect or claimed defect in the prize.


  1. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification. Winner will be selected by a random drawing (wheelofnames.com) under the supervision of Drink NY Craft. Winner will be notified by email within three (3) days following the selection of Winner. Drink NY Craft shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four (4) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. 

Any prize or prize notification returned to Drink NY Craft as undeliverable will result in a void claim and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.


  1. Rights Granted By You. By entering this contest, You understand and agree that Drink NY Craft, anyone acting on behalf of Drink NY Craft, and Drink NY Craft’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

  1. Terms & Conditions. Drink NY Craft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Drink NY Craft’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such a case, Drink NY Craft may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Drink NY Craft. 

  1. Privacy Policy – Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Drink New York Craft website. To read the Privacy Policy, click here. 

The Campaign hosted by Drink NY Craft is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By participating in Drink NY Craft’s giveaway, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
