Bullfinch Brewpub was created by a CNY brewing mastermind, Dave Collins. 10 years in the making, Bullfinch is now open and serving at Destiny USA in Syracuse NY.
With a strong interest in mythology, Dave and Tim Collins became engrossed in the works of Thomas Bullfinch. An American scholar in the early 19th century, Bullfinch translated many volumes of Greek mythology, biblical Hebrew and Arthurian legend to English.
