Shipping Info

Not home when UPS delivers?

No problem, we got you covered. If you are not available or home when UPS is scheduled to deliver your beer box, you can always have it shipped to an Access Point. An Access Point is a location near your home that will sign for your package on your behalf and you can go pick it up at your leisure. More information on UPS Access Points can be found here

Locations

We ship to all regions of New York State. If you have a NYS mailing address we can ship a beer box to you. Additional states will be added in the coming months. Stay tuned...

Processing

All orders received prior to 3:00 PM are processed the same-day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping alcohol, via common carrier like UPS, can be expensive but DNYC has your back! On average it costs us $27.50 to send a box of beer regardless of size or location. Because of this we have to charge *some* shipping to you the customer. The good news is: The more you purchase, the less you pay in shipping fees.

Fees start at $20 for orders up to $30 delivered to any address. Place an order of $91 or more and pay just $5!

  • Order $91+ = $5 shipping
  • Order $61 - $90 = $10 shipping
  • Order $31 - $60 = $15 shipping
  • Order $1 - $30 = $20 shipping

Shipping Times

Most orders are received within 2-3 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays (days on which common carriers do not deliver). Shipping times may vary and is largely out of our control. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.

Delivery

All deliveries from Drink NY Craft must be signed for by a person who is 21+ years of age. Your carrier may ask to see a government-issued photo ID with proof of age. If you won't be available at home on the day of your shipment arrival, you can arrange to pick up your package of fresh NY craft beer at a UPS Access Point

Packaging

All of the packaging materials we use can be recycled. We endeavor to have as minimal impact on the environment as possible and do not use bubble wrap or Styrofoam inserts.
